1. Subscription Description. Brightmeds offers a physical medication subscription service that delivers compounded GLP-1 medication (tirzepatide or semaglutide) to your door each month as prescribed by a licensed healthcare provider affiliated with Brightmeds.
2. Monthly Price and Billing Period. Your subscription is billed on a monthly basis. The monthly price for your subscription is the amount presented to you at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation email. Each billing period is one month beginning on the customer's subscription start date or most recent renewal date.
3. What the Price Includes. Your monthly subscription price includes the compounded medication dose prescribed for that billing period, ongoing provider oversight, and standard shipping to your delivery address within the contiguous United States. It does not include any optional add-on services, expedited shipping upgrades, or ancillary lab fees unless explicitly stated at checkout.
4. Automatic Renewal Authorization. By enrolling in a Brightmeds subscription, you authorize Brightmeds LLC and its payment processors to automatically charge your payment method on file for each subsequent monthly billing period until you cancel. We will send a renewal reminder by email to the address associated with your account before each scheduled renewal charge.
5. No Minimum Commitment. There is no minimum subscription term. You may cancel at any time without penalty, subject to the cancellation deadline described below.

at least five (5) business days before your next scheduled renewal date. Cancellation requests received after this deadline may not take effect until the following billing period.
7. Effect of Cancellation on Processed Medication. If your cancellation request is received after your medication for the current billing period has already been compounded, dispensed, or shipped, that order cannot be stopped or redirected. You will receive and be charged for that shipment, and your cancellation will take effect beginning with the following billing period.
8. Refund Eligibility and Procedure. Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once your medication has been compounded or dispensed. If you believe you are entitled to a refund—for example, because you were found medically ineligible by a Brightmeds-affiliated provider before your medication was prepared—please contact customer support within 30 days of the charge. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
9. Non-Returnability of Dispensed Medication. Due to the compounded and temperature-sensitive nature of the medications, dispensed medication cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold. All sales of dispensed medication are final.
10. Price Lock. For customers enrolled through the Father's Day 2026 offer, the recurring price will remain $99 per month for semaglutide or $119 per month for tirzepatide while the subscription remains continuously active. This promotional price may be lost if the subscription is canceled or interrupted.
11. Pricing. The single monthly charge is $99 for semaglutide or $119 for tirzepatide. This flat fee includes the prescribed medication, provider oversight, and standard shipping. No laboratory testing fee applies to these two offers. Optional services and expedited shipping are not included. The $99 semaglutide and $119 tirzepatide promotional subscription prices are available only to eligible new patients in the states identified on the promotional landing page.
12. Failed-Payment Handling. If a scheduled charge to your payment method is declined, Brightmeds will notify you by email or SMS and may retry the charge up to three (3) times over the following seven (7) days. If payment remains outstanding after all retry attempts, your subscription will be paused or cancelled, and your medication shipment for that period may be delayed or cancelled. You remain responsible for any outstanding balance.
